The bearer hereof W[illia]m Dollery having binn employed vnder me in the seruice of the King & Parl[ia]m[en]t: I doe hereby certefy that hee served as Serieant of a Company of Dragooners & that duringe his service hee rec[eive]d a wound on his right hand by w[hi]ch hee hath lost the vse of his hand. dated the 20 May 1647
