The bearer hereof W[illia]m Dollery having binn employed under me in the service of King & Parl[ia]m[en]t: I doe hereby certefy that hee served as serieant of a company of Dragoones, & that duringe his service hee rec[eive]d a wound on his right hand by w[hi]ch hee lost the use of his hand. Dated this 20 May 1647
