These are to certifie all whome it may concerne that Will[iam] Hassell of Oxen hath bin a Souldier for his late Ma[jes]tie of euer blessed memorye. And hath euer since continued constante and loyall to his Ma[jes]tie that now is all the tyme of the late Rebellion & Usurpation.
