Wee whose names are hearvnto subscribed doe Certify that Symon Davies of Denbigh hath beene a souldier vnder the Com[m]aund of maior Jon. Doulben & hath behaved himself faythfull & loyall to his Ma[jes]t[y] since the warres lasted, & hath served his s[ai]d Ma[jes]t[y] in England & Scotland as a souldier & hath never revolted from his m s[ai]d Ma[jes]t[y]. This wee Certify as true of o[u]r knowleadge Concerning the s[ai]d Symon Davies
