Doulben & hath behaved himself faythfull & loyall to his Ma[jes]t[y] since the warres lasted, & hath served his s[ai]d Ma[jes]t[y] in England & Scotland as a souldier & hath never revolted from his m s[ai]d Ma[jes]t[y].
