These are to certify that the bearer hereof Robert Perry did voluntarily take vp armes for the seruice of the parliament, & was listed in Charnam Street vnder one Captain Judely, Captain of foot, whose leiuetenent was one Mr Henry Michell, & that he went away with that company & serued at Edge hill fight; in witnes whereof we haue sett our hands.
