Wee whose names are herevnto subscribed pa{ri}shioners of Greate Bedwin in the County of Wiltes[hire] doe humbly Certifie that Rob[er]t Perry in the petic[i]on menc[i]oned to w[hi]ch this Certificate is annexed doe humbly Certifie to this wor[shi]p[fu]ll Bench that hee is a very poore man and that hee is vtterly vnable to gaine himselfe any mayntenance being very much wounded and benumed in his lymes w[hi]ch happened to him in the seruice for this Com[m]on wealth In testimony whereof wee subscribe o[u]r names as aboue sayd this 17th day of Aprill 1658.
