Mr Rowe the Humble request of the Tho[mas] Bury nominated in his Sertifficat is that wheras hee was ordred for his s[ai]d service of his Ma[jes]ti[e]s Father & himselfe had allowance of 6 s. 8 d. a yeare for the space of 12 or 13 years now last past [illegible] since w[hi]ch time seuerall p[er]sons had of the said p[ar]ish is now dead & the s[ai]d Tho[mas] Bury is now much decaied in his strength to labore soe that hee is altogether vncapable to work for his liuelyhood desires that an Augmentac[i]on & adicion maye bee to his s[ai]d former order at the discresion of his Ma[jes]tis Justices nowe pr[e]sen[t] yo[u]r Edw[ard] Chisnall knows the pore mans Condicion who hee hopes will bee his asistant
