The Humble petic[i]on of William ap William of Treflech in the sayd County, yoma[n]

Humblie sheweing to yo[u]r worshipps that yo[u]r peticoner hath for many yeares together serued his late Ma[jes]tie of blessed memory in the late vnhappy warrs vnder the Com[m]and of Lieftenant Coll[onel] Robert Wynn in the regiment of Coll[onel] Hugh Wynne and hath ever since continued very Loyall and [illegible] is become indigent.

In tender Considerac[i]on whereof may it please yo[u]r worshipps to admitt yo[u]r petic[i]oner a penc[i]oner to receave such fitting reliefe as yo[u]r worshipps shall thinke fitt according to Acte of parliam[en]t and yo[u]r peticoner shall ever pray &c
