The certificate for William Williams of Treflach, Denbighshire, 24 March 1663

These are to certifie that the bearer hereof W{illiam} Williams of Treflech in the Countie of Denbi{gh} Hath very faithfullie serued his late Ma{jesty} {of ever blessed} memory in the late vnhappy warres and ever w{as} very Loyall to his sayd late Ma[jes]tie and to his {Majesty} that now is whereby he is become impotent in p[er]son an estate and a fitt p[er]son to receave {?part} of the moneyes raised by Acte of Parliament {for} the reliefe of his Ma[jes]ties Indigent and Loyall {illegible} dated the foure and twentyeth day of March in the {fifteenth} yeare of the raigne of his Ma[jes]ties that now is o{f} England &c 1662.
