The petition of Tudir David of Llanraeadr, Denbighshire, 4 October 1664

To the wor[ship]full the Justices of peace for the County of Denbigh.

The humble petic[i]on of Tudir David, of the p[ar]ish of Llanrayader,

Humbly shewing to yo[u]r worshipps that yo[u]r peticoner hath very faithfully served his late Ma[jes]tie of blessed memory in ye late vnhappy warres vnder the com[m]and of Liftenant Coll[onel] Maurice Wynne in the Regiment of Coll[onel] William Salusbury and hath euer since continued very faithfull and Loyall by meanes whereof yo[u]r peticioner is become very poore and Indigent as will appeare to yo[u]r worshipps by the certificate annexed &c.

May it therefore please yo[u]r worshipps to admit yo[u]r peticoner to receave releefe according to the late Acte for reliefe of Indigent and Loyall souldiers and yo[u]r peticoner shall euer pray &c.
