Theis are to certifie that Tudyr Dauid of Llanrhaidr in the County of Denbigh hath very faithfully serued his late Ma[jes]tie of Happy memory in the late vnhappy warres vnder my Com[m]and in the Regiment of Coll[onel] William Salusbury and hath ever since continued very faithfull and Loyall; and that I conceave him to be a p[er]son qualified to receave a penc[i]on by the late Acte for reliefe of indigent & Loyall souldiers Dated this eighth day of September Anno R[egi]s Caroli Sec[u]ndi nunc Anglie &c decimo sexto Anno do[mi]ni 1664.
