To the hono[ura]ble the Justices assembled att the generall Quarter Sessions holden for the County of North[amp]ton[shire].

The humble petic[i]on of Thomas White:

<Sheweth> That yo[u]r petic[i]oner all along in the late Warres did serve the late Kinge Charles of Blessed memory as Quartermaster & Corporall of horse vnder the Com[m]and of the Right hono[urab]le James Earle of North[amp]ton & in the s[ai]d service was soe wounded that by reason thereof hee is {illegible} his calling as by the Certificate {illegible} & soe is {illegible}:

{Illegible} prayes that hee may have the Order of this hono[ura]ble C[ou]rt for a penc[i]on to bee allowed him & yo[u]r petic[i]oner shall pray &c:

26 s. 8 d. p[er] ann[um] out of the west division
