These are to certifie whom it may concerne yt Thomas White of Yardley Hastings in ye County of North[amp]ton[shire] Keeper was all in ye time of ye late warrs in ye servis of his late Ma[jes]tie under my Command as corporall of horse and in ye s[ai]d servis was wounded in his head in testimonie whereof I haue heareunto sett my hand [& seale] ye seventh day of Aprill in the fourteenth yeare of ye raigne of King Charles ye Second of England &c, and in ye yeare of o[u]r Lord 1662.
