The humble petic[i]on of Samuell Windsor

Sheweth

That yo[u]r pet[itione]r faithfully & actually served ye Parliam[en]t vnder ye Command of Capt[ain] Francis Barrington in Col[one]l Okeys Regiment, & was wounded & Maymed in ye said service w[i]th w[hi]ch hee is disabled to exercise his Calling (as formerly) As by Certificate vnder his said Captaines hand, & ye hand of George Dunne Chirurgion, herevnto annexed, appeareth.

That yo[u]r pet[itione]r hath some small Arreares due to him for his said Service, For want whereof, (especially in this his impotent Condic[i]on by reason of his Maymes,) yo[u]r poore pet[itione]r, his wife, & Children are likely to starve without yo[u]r Hono[u]rs Com[m]iserac[i]on.

Yo[u]r pet[itione]r therefore humbly prayeth That yo[u]r Hono[u]rs wil be pleased to grant him a warrant for the receiving of his said Arreares due, for ye releife of him & his Family

And yo[u]r pet[itione]r shall pray &c.
