The humble petic[i]on of Rowland Jones of Llansilin
Sheweth yo[u]r wor[shi]ps his laioltie & service in the late distrac[i]ons haveinge relac[i]on to the Certificat[e] & the sam read in Cort may give yo[u]r wor[shi]ps satisfacc[i]on alsoe further sheweth yo[u]r peti[tione]r beinge poore & disabled to earne his liveinge thereby becam[e] a fit obiect of Charitie to be lockt vpon
Most humblie prayeinge yo[u]r wor[shi]ps to Consider seriouslie what yo[u]r pet[itione]r hath donne his disabilitie to earne his liveinge his povertie & Chardge of smale Children nowe in his ould age & want to admitt yo[u]r pet[itione]r one of his pencioners Ma[jes]t[y]s penc[i]oner of the Maymed souldiers paye as yo[u]r wor[shi]ps discression thinke meete
