It hath formerly pleased yo[u]r wor[shi]ps to conferr a pencheon [sic.] on yo[u]r pet[itione]r towards his sayd Maynetenance, w[hi]ch will not in any wise support nature w[i]thout the helpe of some of yo[u]r pet[itione]rs friends; yo[u]r pet[itione]rs friends being not able any longer to be assistant to yo[u]r pet[itione]r, yo[u]r pet[itione]r is like to p[er]ish without yo[u]r fauorable Clemency towards his releefe, seing now it hath so fallen out that some of yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]rs fellow pention[e]rs are dead, and that it lyeth in yo[u]r wor[shi]ps power to augment yo[u]r former pencheon [sic.] bestowed on yo[u]r pet[itione]r
Yo[u]r pet[itione]r doe therefore humbly pray that yo[u]r wor[shi]ps wil be pleased to augment yo[u]r pet[itione]rs sayd Pencheon [sic.] that yo[u]r pet[itione]r may not perish w[hi]ch otherwise of necessity yo[u]r pet[itione]r must doe, as by the certificate herevnto annexed appeareth
And yo[u]r pet[itione]r shall euer be bound to pray &c
