To the right ho[noura]ble the Justices of peace assembled at Namptwich for the holding of the Quarter sessions for this Countye.

The petic[i]on of Margaret Perrin of Wibunbury within this County widow.

Sheweth to yo[u]r hono[u]rs that yo[u]r petic[ioner] being in great pou[er]ty & indigencye hauing six small children to maynteyne & nothing to releeue them with. Yo[u]r petic[ioner’s] husband dying of a shott hee received at Leigh bridge as by a certificate of many of the inhabitants of the parish of Wibunbary aforesayd hereunto annexed may appeare.

May it therefore please yo[u]r hono[u]rs to order that yo[u]r poore petic[ioner] may haue an addition to her former penc[i]on And yo[u]r petic[ioner] as in duty bound shall pray for yo[u]r hono[u]rs in health & happines long to continue.
