The humble petition of John Rowlinson and, Richard Warburton of Warburton in ye County of Chester husbandman [sic.]

Sheweth

That your petition[er]s did faithfully serue the late Kings Ma[jes]ty dureing all the late warres and were thereby soe impouerished by [illegible] that they haue noe competent subsistence or liuelyhood as by the annexed Certificate may appeare

May it therefore please you the pr[e]mises considered to order your petitioners such an Annuall pention as in reference to ye Act of Parliam[en]t in that case provyded, you in yo[u]r wisdomes shall thinke fit And your petitioners as in duty bound shall eu[er] pray &c
