The Humble petition & Certificate of John Morse of Lyddeard Millicent

Humbly Sheweth

That yo[u]r petitioner hath faythfully served his Roy[a]ll Ma[jes]tie King Charles the first in the late Warrs for Divers yeares together and hath received several Wounds in that service whereby yo[u]r peti[ti]o[ne]r is very much disabled to releive himselfe and his familie

May it please yow therefore to grante yo[u]r petition[ne]r an Ord[e]r to Receive 20 s. yearly toward his Reliefe and Mayntenance

And he shall eu[e]r pray &c
