To the R[igh]t wor[shi]pp[full] the Maior Recorder and Justices of the peace of the said Citty in Sessions assembled

The humble petition of Christofer Pike Cryor of the said Citty

Sheweth your petitioner is and hath allwayes beene a true and faithfull subiect to his Ma[jes]tie and king Charles the first of blessed memory and was prest out of this Citty for his Ma[jes]ties the service of his late Ma[jes]tie in the warrs in Scotland and other places and was in the Rysing of kent for the service of his late Ma[jes]tie in w[hi]ch said services hee receiued many wounds and did suffer much by reason whereof hee is now in a poore condic[i]on

hee humbly prayes that you would be pleased to grant him a pention and hee shall pray &c.
