The humble petition of Christofer Peeke Cryor of the said Citty

Sheweth yt your petitioner hath heeretofore beene a souldier in the service of his late Ma[jes]tie of blessed Memory and now by reason of his long sickness and other infirmities is brought to a poore condic[i]on

hee humbly prayes that you would be pleased to grant him a pention out of the moneys for the releife of the maymed souldiers and hee shall pray &c.
