To ye right Hono[ura]ble the Com[m]ittee for the Army

The humble petic[i]on of Alice Fox widow ye late wife & Adm[inistrat]r[i]x of W[illia]m Fox

Sheweth

That yo[u]r pet[itione]rs husband was in actuall seruice as Corporall to Capt[ain] Watsons troope in Col[one]l Graues sence Col[one]l Scroopes Reg[i]m[en]t in ye Army of his Ex[cellen]cie the Lord Fairfax from the 20th of Aprill 1645 till 25o of July 1648 in w[hi]ch seruice he then dyed att Warwicke as by Certificate vnder the hands of Col[one]l Scroope & the s[ai]d Capt[ain] appeareth

Yo[u]r pet[itione]r in regard thereof beseecheth yo[u]r Hono[u]rs to giue order for the stateing her said Husbands accompts and paym[en]t thereof to yo[u]r pet[itione]r

And shee shall pray &c.
