Theis are to Certifie All whome it may Concerne That Corporall William Fox was in my service Troope in Col[one]l Scroopes Regiment from the Twentieth day of Aprill 1645 vntill the fyve & Twentieth day of Julye 1648. And then died in the service Att Warwicke, In all which time hee behaved himselfe verie faithfully and like a good Souldier Witnes my hand this nine & Twentieth day of January Anno Dom[ini] 1648.
