Ad gen[er]al[e]m Sessionem pacis Domi[ni] R[egni] R[e]g[iu]s tent apud Castrum Exon in et p[er] com[itatus] pr[e]d[elicti] tenend[um] decimo tertio die Januarij an[n]o regni R[e]g[iu]s Car[olus] iidi Angl[iae] &c xxxio 1679.

Whereas Philip Warren of Bradninch rec[ieve]d A pension of forty shillinges p[er] annu[m] as A maimed soldier and died since the last Session The Tre[asure]r for the maimed soldiers of this county is hereby ordered to pay unto the widd[ow] of the said Warren the sum[m]e of ten shillinges w[hi]ch would have been due to the said Warren if he had lived untill the last Christmas
