The humble petic[i]on of Phillip Warren of Bradninch.

<Humbly Sheweth>

That yo[u]r poore petitioner served his late Ma[jes]tie of blessed memory under the command of Captaine Cokaine according to the Certificate annexed; & haveinge in the said service received severall wounds, he is thereby disabled to gett his livinge.

Wherefore he humbly prayes that upon considerac[i]on had of his condic[i]on You would be pleased to order him such a Pension as you in yo[u]r wisdom shall thinke fitt.

And he shall ever pray &c
