Ad generalem session[es] pacis tent apud Castre Exon in et p[ro] Com[itatu] pr[e]d[icti] tertio decimo die Januarii Anno R[egni] R[egiu]s Car[oli] sec[un]d[i] nunc Angl[iae] &c xxxvith, Anno dom[ini] 1684.

Vpon the humble pet[ition] of Robert Cooke of Lidford in this County Labourer a souldier maimed in his late ma[jes]ties service This C[ou]rt doth order ye Tr[easur]er for ye maimed souldiers of this County to pay yearely vnto ye said Rob[e]rt Cooke the sum[m]e of Thirty Shillings p[er] quarterly paym[en]ts vntill farther order
