General[em] Sessio[nem] pacis d[o]m[ini] Regis tent[am] ap[u]d Ely nono die Octobris Anno regni domini Car[oli] s[e]c[un]di dei gra[tia] Anglie, Scotie, Francie & Hib[er]nie Regis Fidei Defensor[is] &c decimo quarto coram Algernon Peyton sacre theologie p[ro]fessor[is], Thoma Steward, Joh[ann]e[s] Towey, Thoma March, Michael[i] Holman, Thoma Castle, Justic[ariis] &c assign[ata] &c.

Upon perusall of the Certificate of John Dunch of Ely it appeared to this Co[u]rt that the s[ai]d John Dunch served his late Majesty in his late warrs and that he is duely qualified for the receiving of a pension according to the late Act of Parliament in that Case p[ro]vided. This Co[u]rt therefore doth Assigne him a pension of five pounds a yeare and doth order that the Treasurer Mr Thomas Danvers doe pay unto him fifty shillings on the second day of November next for one halfe yeare accomptable from the first day of May last past & afterwards shall pay him twenty five shillings quarterly untill further order of this Co[u]rt.

Ordered that Mr Danvers pay the widd[ow] of Dunch his pension due 6 mo[nths] before Dunch his death.
