I William Perry of Bratton in the County of Wilts[hire] make oath that I first tooke vp armes for the Parliam[en]t at the Devizes vnder comaind of S[i]r Edward Hungerford & after was reduced vnder Col[one]l Ludlowe at Warder Castle where I was blowne vp & maymed w[i]th powder. And being nowe in London sicke & weake am not able to trauell to the next quarter Sessions to be holden for the County of Wilts[hire] w[i]thout danger of my life
