Theis are to certify all whome this may concerne That Henry Vernham served in my Troope in the Regiam[en]t of Collonell Charles Fleetwood, and was in actuall service for the Parliam[en]t from the 10th day of May 1645 to the 5t day of July 1648 And vppon the said 5t day of July was slayne at Willoughby in Nottinghamshire
