These are to Certify that Capt[ain] William Bluett hath exposed his body to be searched; w[hi]ch I finde hath beene wounded in divers places, Especially, by a shott in his Ancle bone of his right leg, and also a very dangeraouse shott in his Elbow of his left Arme; w[hi]ch tho they were very well healed; yet he will never haue all ye vse of his Arme more while he liveth
