These are to Certifie all whome it may Concerne that William Wiles being a Souldier in the Right Honorable Major Generall Skippons Troope being Commanded vpon the service before Oxford vnder his Excellencie the Lord Generall Fairfax May 6t 1646 where he Receiued many Dangerous wounds and hauing therewith Lost the vse of one Arme whereby he is vnable to Follow his Callinge and vnfitt to be Imployed in the like Service. Soe that he is altogether Destitute of his liuelihood and Subsistance.
