The certificate for Thomas Latimore of Cricklade, Wiltshire, 18 August 1672

These are to certify all whom it may concerne That maior Thomas Latimore was borne and brought vp in the Towne of Cricklad in the county of Willt[shire] and afterwards went into the kings Army to doe his Ma[jes]tie that Eminent service as his certificats to that purpose doe Fully make Appeare but now beinge reduced to want, we recom[m]end him to y[ou]r Right Worsh[ipfu]ll the Justices of the peace in the county aforsaid as a fitt person to rece[i]ue such Pension as ye Act of Parliment Impowers them to giue to persons in the like case.

<Dated this 18th of August 1672.>

Wee whose names are hereunder written beeing Inhabitents of Cricklade aforesaid doe beeleeue the premises to bee true concerning Major Thomas Latymer
