These are to Certyfy all whom it may Concerne that Sallomon Quintin foote souldier hath been in this Service since from the twenty ninth of Septemb[er] 1645 to the 22th of decemb[er] 1645 vnder Leiut[enant] Col[one]l Farington of Col[one]l Ingoldesbyes Regim[en]t & since hath beene in my owne Company to this Present. 14th of Nouember 1648: Wittness my hand this 14th of Novemb[er] 1648
