The Humble petition of Sollaman Quintum A poore wounded siouldyer in the Sauoy Hospittal

Sheweth

Your poore petitioner served as Footte siouldyer in the Regimentt of Collonell Ingoldesbye vnder Leftennant Collonell Farington & sence vnder Leftennant Collonell Kelsey about three yeares & vpward in w[hi]ch service hee hath indured many Hardships & before Coulchester received a dangerous shott of the w[hi]ch hee lyeth vnder Cure in the sayd Hospittall

His Humble suitte to this Honerrable Committee is that he may haue that arreare that is due vnto him for the Foresayd service for the Further releiffe of him in this his misserable conditition

& as bound he shall pray
