These are to Certifye that the Bearer hereof Robert Prince of Barwicke in Elmett was a soldier for his late Ma[jes]tie in Captaine George Thwengs Troope and in my Regiment, in which seruice he receiued some hurtts. And as I am credibly informed by the best of his neighbours neuer deserted the said service giuen vnder my hand this 15th day of September 1672.
