Att the request of some honest men Wee haue Examined the sadd and Poore Estate of Richard Bye of of [sic.] Chippenham a pencioner And we doe finde that he is a very poore man And that he Lost the vse of his Limbes and Eye sight in the service of the Parliam[en]t And therefore we think fitt If the Courte soe please that his Penc[i]on of 3 li. yearely be Augmented to fiue pounds p[er] Ann[um] And because of of [sic.] his greate want and necesitye to take place from the Last quarter Sessions
