To his Ma[jes]t[y]s Justices of the Peace at theire Quarter Sessions held at Namptwich

Wee whose names are subscribed his Ma[jes]t[y]s Justices of the Peace for the said County w[i]thin the Hundred of Broxton doe hereby Certifie yt Henry Clutton a Pention[e]r within the said Hundred is lately deade as may appe[ar] by a Copy of A Register herevnto annexed And that wee doe approve and allow of Peter Jones late of Warton A maymed soldi[e]r in his Ma[jes]t[y]s service in the late warrs to be a fitt p[er]son to be put A Pentioner in the place of the said deceadent Henry Clutton, and doe therefore retorne him to the said Quarter Sessions to be entred & setled in the vacansye of the said Henry Clutton and to receiue his Pentions accordingly Given vnd[e]r o[u]r hands this 22th day of June in the xxiith yeare of the Raigne of o[u]r Soveraigne Lord King Charles the second over England &c Annoq[ue] Dom[ini] 1670
