To the Right wor[shipfu]ll the Justices of the Pe{ace} of the County of Denbigh

Wee whose names are subscribed doe Certify yo[u]r wor[shi]pps that Oliuer Morris ye Petitioner in the Petition Annexed named hath beene a souldier in the late Warr as by his Petition appeareth and therein hath beene very faithfull and Reall and never revolted from his late Ma[jes]ties service neither hath he ever beene burthensome to his Countrey vntill by reason of his wounds and bruises receaued in the said warr he is now wholy disabled of getting his liuelyhood he hauing nothing to subsist him his wife & children but what he gott by his dayly labour. All which wee leaue to wor[shi]pps [sic] considerac[i]on consideracon and subscribe
