Thees are to certifie that Moris Johnes of Llanrhyder in the county of Denbigh hath very faithfully serued his late Ma[jes]tie of happy memory in the late vnhappy warres vnder my com[m]and in the Regiment of Col[one]l William Salisbury and hath ever since continwed [sic] very faithfull and loyall and that I understand conceaue him to be a p[er]son qualified to Receaue a penc[i]on by the late Acte for reliefe of indigent and loyall shoulders [sic] dated this second day of October Anno Re[gis] R[egni] Caroli Se[cun]di nunc Angli[ae] &c xx 1668.
