I doe hereby certify whome it may concerne that W[illia]m Lacock was a mounted souldier in my troope & in actuall service from the 17th of Jan[uary] 1645 untill 20th of Novemb[e]r 1646 w[hi]ch is in all three hundred & foure eight dayes, & received [illegible] pay but for one hundred & two dayes w[hi]ch is eleven pounds foure shillings this I attest w[i]th my hand this 22 of August 1647.
