Wee the whose names are hearevnto subscribed being shoomakers do certifie that John Skutt of Warminster shoomaker By Reason of one Wound hee Receaved in his Arme in ye late warrs is thareby very much disabled to worke at his sayd Trade to Earne his Liveing [illegible] And When it is a Cold Season Cannot worke all Att all.
