These are to certify, that the barer hereof Mr. Edward Vyse served vnder my Com[m]and in the late warrs of his Majesty King Charles the first, and therein faithfully behaued himselfe and since for his Loyalty hath been a verry great sufferer both by Banishm[e]nts and Imprisonm[e]nts. In testimony whereof I haue herevnto putt to my hand this 26th day of March 1675.
