These are to certifie all as abovesaid, that Edward Fante, of 7okes Parish in ye County of Kent, did in ye year 1648 serve his late Ma[jes]ty in Colchester under ye com[m]and of Collonel James Till: in w[hi]ch place he received dangerous wounds of shot, of w[hi]ch he is still maimed.
