The World Turned Upside Down

‘The World Turned Upside Down’ is an exhibition currently on display at the National Civil War Centre in Newark. It tells the story of how the dramatic breakdown of order during the Civil Wars produced a remarkable period of revolution and creativity in religion, science, culture and politics.
