The humble petic[i]on of John Parker an Infant
<Sheweth>
That yo[u]r Petic[i]oners late Father was A souldier in Actuall service for the Comonwealth went in that service into Ireland and never as yett returned left yo[u]r petic[i]oner in A poore helplesse condic[i]on, exposed to miserie vnles hee had in due tyme beene releeued wherevpon att A Privy Session att Padiham the Justices were pleased to require the Consta[b]le to make provision for them, his mother being then alive and lame.
May it please your Worshsips, grant such order for his subsistence as his necessity requires. And he shall pray etc.
