The humble Petic[i]on of Wilmer Palmer

Sheweth

That whereas yo[u]r Petic[i]o[n]er was for severall yeares a Souldier of his late Ma[jes]t[y]s in his Garrison of Banbury vnder the Com[m]and of the r[igh]t ho[nourab]le the Earle of Northampton and receaued severall woundes in the said service w[hi]ch have disabled him in getting his Livelyhood by his labo[u]r:

And therefore humbly prayeth that a Penc[i]on may be conferred uppon him towards the releife in his p[re]sent exigents and necessities And yo[u]r Peticio[n]er shall pray &c

xxvi s. viii d. x s. yeal yearely out of the treasury of the west division graunted to the petic[i]oner
