To The Right worship[fu]ll his Ma[jes]ties Justices of peace & Quor[um] at the Gen[er]all Sessions of peace att Lanc[aste]r for the County Palatine of Lanc[aste]r

The humble petic[i]on of William Wilkinson of Torrishame now very poore

Sheweth

That yo[u]r petic[i]on[er] hath beene a souldier vnd[e]r the Com[m]and of S[i]r John Caulfeild in his Ma[jes]ties service of Ever blessed memory and his Ma[jes]tie that now is and never revolted from the said service and ever since hath beene faithfull humbly desires he beinge borne att Torrisholme neere Lancaster an allowance out of the moneyes raised for maymed souldiers what in yo[u]r wisdome shall thinke most fitt hee being very poore & now came into the Country humbly beggs yo[u]r lawfull favor.

May it therefore please yo[u]r good worshipps to Consider of the pr[e]misses whereby yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]r may be Releived & he in duty bound will ever pray.
