That whereas your poore petitioner William Richards late a souldier in the Parlament service and an inhabitant in the parrish of Colestocke having Indured a great deale of misery and lamnes thereby and cannot attaine to any meanes from the parrish where he did inhabit humbly desireth…… [etc]
