To the hono[u]r[abe]ll Comittee for the Countie of Darbie

The Petic[i]on of William Hitch a soldier vnder the Com[m]and of Maior Molinus.

Humbly.

Sheweth that yo[u]r petitioner was taken prisoner att Workesworth about fouer yeares agon And Continued so in Newarke for the space of foreteen weeakes By Reason wheareof yo[u]r peticion[e]r gott such a [?thown] Cowld that from that tyme hee hath beene & still is vtterly deprived of his Limes & loste for want of Releefe and Cherishing

May it Therefore please this hono[u[ra]ble Comittee the pr[e]mises Considered to allow yo[u]r Petic[i]oner Such pr[e]sent Releefe as shall Seeme agreeable to yo[u]r Wisdoms yo[u]r petitio[n]er being w[i]thout father or mother & almost att poynt of death & nott able to goe further than hee is Caried or holpen & yo[u]r peticioner shall daylie pray for you.

The petitioner is an Object of pitty now growen very weake
