The humble petic[i]on of William Greyson.

<Sheweth>

Yt yo[u]r petic[i]oner was a Souldier in ye Regiment of S[i]r John Gell, and was mayhmed att Wharton house, & is now lame, and hath a wife & three Children, and not able to mayntayne them.

The petic[i]oner prayeth releife herein for a pention. And hee shall pray &c.
